Who controls your information
The WISDOM Framework Ltd is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to admin@thewisdomframework.com.
Information we collect
The contact form collects your name, work email, organisation, enquiry and selected contact preferences. You may also provide your role, phone number, organisation size and likely timeframe.
How we use it
We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry. The information may be stored in our website database and transferred into our customer relationship management system.
Product and research updates are sent only when you select the separate updates option. You can withdraw that choice at any time.
Sharing and storage
Access is limited to people and service providers who support website hosting, enquiry management and customer communications. We use FormSubmit to forward contact enquiries to our admin email address. FormSubmit retains a copy of submissions for 30 days. We do not sell enquiry data.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept while we respond and manage any resulting client relationship. Records are reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information. You can also object to certain uses or withdraw consent for updates.
